We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on business days before 11pm the same day. However, we are not always able to do this. Sometimes products are not in stock and it may take a little longer to deliver your order.
Track order Delivery is made via the local letter carrier or parcel delivery service. In general, orders are delivered within 1 week to 5 weeks in European countries and the USA. IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free within Europe and the United States on most items. On some items, we may have a shipping charge based on weight. There are weight-based shipping rates for items shipped outside the United States and the European Union.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item can be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has the fastest availability. Alternatively, if an item is popular and out of stock, we can ship your items at different times, in different packages, to avoid delaying your order and get it to you as quickly as possible!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our many domestic and international warehouses and they will do their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Due to the popularity of our offerings, please allow an estimated 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive in Europe and the United States (varies by product). Other countries may take approximately 1-6 weeks (varies by product) due to long distance travel and customs. Please note that due to the extreme popularity of our offerings, this is an estimate only.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS BLOCKED OR LOST?
All our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If an order is stuck in customs, returned or even lost during the shipping process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax exclusive, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be borne by us. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your country’s customs department.
